AsiaMotions is hiring Freelance Activity Leaders! Lead and supervise technical and non-technical outdoor activities, guide instructors, and inspire students to grow through safe and rewarding experiences. Net 950k–1.4M/day, with travel, meals, accommodation, and training covered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage groups of participants, including students and teachers
• Guide Activity Instructors
• Lead ice-breaker games and non-technical activities
• Lead and supervise technical activities
• Follow safety and safeguarding guidelines
• Load, set up, and care for equipment
• Support the team in all circumstances

Requirements

• Certified in advanced First Aid
• Certified in Water Rescue
• Certification in at least one technical activity
• 3–5 years of experience as an outdoor facilitator
• Fluent in English (B2+)
• High stamina for long outdoor hours
• Strong soft skills: public speaking, clear communication, problem-solving, leadership
