Key Responsibilities

1. Program Management (Preparation – Operation – Closing):

• Oversee AsiaMotions’ assigned programs from pre-event to post-event stages.
• Liaise with schools and suppliers, update bookings, prepare documents, manage cash advances, and coordinate freelancer teams.
• Ensure availability and readiness of equipment.

2. On-Site Operations:

• Manage logistics (transportation, accommodation, F&B, equipment).
• Support Program Leader, supervise freelancers, ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor expenses and equipment usage.

3. Post-Program Tasks:

• Finalize payments, submit expense claims, collect feedback, and assess freelancers.
  Organize and store returned equipment.

4. Operations Development:

• Contribute to new product ideas and improve existing documentation.
• Support internal inspections and trial runs for new programs.

 Requirements

• Native Vietnamese with fluent English.
• Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, adaptable, and customer-focused.
• Able to handle pressure, multitask, and travel frequently.
• Experience in event management is a plus.

Benefits

• Salary: 13,500,000 VND – 18,500,000 VND gross.
