AsiaMotions is hiring an Equipment Manager to manage our gear, inventory, and logistics. This full-time, on-site position is crucial to ensuring smooth operations before, during, and after our outdoor education programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and purchase equipment that meets program needs and budget.
  • Maintain and repair equipment, ensuring safety and functionality.
  • Design and implement inventory tracking systems across all company locations.
  • Organize storage spaces and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Train staff on procedures related to equipment usage and handling.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and maintain detailed records.
  • Plan and conduct annual inventory audits and generate reports.

Program Timeline Responsibilities:

Before (Planning):

  • Collaborate with Program Managers to prepare equipment lists.
  • Check, pack, and prepare gear for dispatch.

During (On-site Support):

  • Support teams with equipment issues and gather feedback for improvement.

After (Wrap-Up):

  • Guide unpacking, damage checks, repairs, and inventory updates.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in equipment or warehouse management.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations (national & international).
  • Familiarity with outdoor and multi-use gear.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and inventory software.
  • Good English (B2 level preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Based in Thao Dien, HCMC. Work hours: 9am–6pm, Mon–Fri.

What We Offer

  • Gross monthly salary: 12,000,000–16,000,000 VND.
